Are your vehicles reliable?

All our vehicles undergo regular safety checks with qualified mechanics and are checked before each journey in line with DVSA regulations. While breakdowns can occasionally happen with any vehicle, we do everything we can to minimise this possibility

Are your drivers fully trained?

All our Private Hire PSV Minibus drivers are fully licensed and undergo regular top up training as per DVSA requirements.  In addition to this all Drivers involved in LA Education Transport Routes undergo Safeguarding Training and DBS Checks.  Our Drivers have years of experience, so you know your in safe hands.

Are your Vehicles Licensed?

All our PSV Minibuses undertake Journeys under our PSV Operators license (Ickle Group ltd) .  You will see our operators license details shown on a disc in the front of all our vehicles (similar to the old style Car Tax Disc).  Where on occasion we will supply a smaller size minibus through our partners (8 seaters) these will be Private Hire Vehicles licensed by Herefordshire Council and display a License plate on the rear of the vehicile and in the windscreen.
